Senior Process Engineer

Job Description: The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for the organization. They ensure the efficient production of quality products while maximizing productivity and minimizing costs. The role involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and leading process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to improve process capabilities.
• Train and mentor junior process engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
