Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Videography:

Collaborate closely with real estate agents and the marketing team to grasp the key selling points and features of each property.
Utilize professional-grade video equipment to capture interior and exterior shots, showcasing the finest attributes and overall allure of the properties.
Ensure videos are filmed under optimal lighting and angles for visually appealing and authentic representations.

Content Creation:

Generate creative and captivating content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, infographics, and more.
Customize content to cater to the target audience and adhere to platform-specific requirements.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style throughout all content.
Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure timely completion of projects and effective alignment with marketing goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

Attend property walkthroughs and meetings to discuss video concepts and gain a deep understanding of client expectations.
Work closely with team members and clients to foster effective collaboration and communication.
