Full job description  HVAC plant room, Heat Exchanger room & Fire plant room Designing.  Coordination with architectural, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and other building services.  Providing all Details & sections in shop drawing as per requirement.  Preparing shop drawings & Duct sizing and Duct routing in plant.  Preparing the AS-Built as per installation at site. & Builders work Drawings.  Chilled water piping & schematic (GA, P&ID and isometrics)  Taking the Qty take off of whenever necessary.  Making the HVAC Equipment Foundation layout & Electrical panel layout.  Ensuring the Interior layouts, Architectural & Structural layouts drawings are received with the latest revisions before submitting the shop drawing.  Designing the ducts & pipes with related software  Duct size calculations by constant friction / velocity reduction method as per client requirement.  Checking drawings for team members as per engineer’s requirements and maintain Cad Standards and Color code systems for Co-ordination drawings.  Explaining layouts to site engineers & supervisors.  Update revisions according to services drawing and approved materials.  Preparing Schedules for the Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Chillers, Pumps, Fittings, Controls Etc., Job Type: Full-time
