Job Description:
- Work in CDT/EDT time zone
- Approximately 8-10 years hands-on training development/delivery experience.
- As a Training Developer/Specialist you play a key support role in driving change adoption in business transformation initiatives. Within a project setting, you may work closely with change practitioners, management consultants, and other training specialists to build knowledge and experience in training principles, tools, and practices.
- Your primary responsibilities may include designing, developing, and delivering educational content, designing role-based training curricula, coordinating training, designing and conducting assessments, and monitoring and measuring training effectiveness and compliance.
- You take part in work groups, work sessions, and interviews with business and technical representatives, occasionally as an observer but more often as an active participant.
- You will gain basic hands-on experience with practices and techniques specific to training, organizational change management, business transformation, and organizational design.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ;
- Cornerstone Learning Platform ;
- Fluencyin English and French (Canadian) for content delivery
- Design/Develop role-based Training Curricula
- Design/Customize/Translate/Deliver D365 Training material
- Strong consulting/communication/presentation skills
