You will act as the face of our organization, delivering excellent service and promoting our values of professionalism, transparency, and growth. Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer skills and needs to build productive, long-lasting relationships.
- Forecast sales, follow up with customers to obtain referrals, resolve complaints, and generate leads.
- Adhere to company guidelines when addressing questions, objections, concerns, approvals, and claims.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your territory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company.
- Actively log door knocks while working in the field to maintain accurate records.
- Provide daily sales data and performance metrics to the company.
- Uphold the company’s code of conduct and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
