THE POSITION The key mandate of a Personal Lines Account Manager is to service and grow the existing book of business through the following key activities:

• Provide excellent service to your clients
• Seek referrals and cross selling opportunities to secure new business
• Maintain standards and internal protocols for client service
• Exemplify the Core Values: Humble, Effective, Adaptable, Respectful & Transparent

MUST HAVES

• Level 1 Insurance License is mandatory; Level 2 Insurance License is preferred
• Working knowledge of Epic, Applied Rating Services, and insurance company portals with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
