About the Role: Join the team supporting one of the world's leading platforms for short videos on smartphones. This role involves maintaining ethical and legal standards for online content while fostering a safe and inclusive digital space. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Moderation: Review German-language content on the video app, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Content Management:
• Remove and block inappropriate content.
• Filter, sort, and evaluate information based on ethical and legal standards.
• Cybercrime Prevention: Identify and manage content that may involve cybercrimes, including but not limited to:
• Criminal activities, torture, violence, hate speech, cyberbullying, terrorism, and animal cruelty.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure content adheres to ethical and legal specifications, contributing to a safer digital community.

Working Hours:

• The project requires 24/7 availability , including rotational weekend shifts.
• Work schedule: 160 hours per month .
