Senior Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead and shape our products and solutions, particularly in the domains of ERP, Document Management Systems (DMS) , Paperless Government Initiatives , and Workflow Management Solutions . The ideal candidate will balance business goals, user experience, and customer needs while driving innovation and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Domain Expertise

1. Document Management Systems : Define and enhance DMS features to streamline information storage, retrieval, and compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Paperless Government : Lead initiatives to design and implement digital solutions that support paperless government processes, improving efficiency and transparency.
3. Workflow Management Solutions : Develop workflows and automation strategies to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
4. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) : Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions to streamline operations, integrate business functions, and enhance organizational efficiency.

Product Design and Development

1. Customer-Focused Design : Conduct user research and create detailed personas to inform user-centric design decisions.
2. Data-Driven Insights : Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine product strategies.
3. Feature Ideation : Conceptualize and lead the design and development of new features, addressing product gaps and aligning with customer needs.
4. UX/UI Design : Develop wireframes, mockups, and interaction designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to guide development teams.

Strategic Collaboration

1. Stakeholder Alignment : Communicate effectively with management, development teams, and customers to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and trade-offs.
2. Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
3. Requirements Translation : Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed, actionable product specifications.

Customer and Market Engagement

1. Customer Interaction : Work directly with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.
2. Branding and Marketing Collaboration : Partner with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual appeal in product launches.

Requirements

1. Education : Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or MBA-IT from a recognized institution.
2. Experience : 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, focusing on Enterprise, SaaS solutions, DMS, or related domains including Oracle, SAP, Odoo etc.
3. Skillset :
4. Proficiency in Design Tools : Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
5. SaaS Lifecycle Expertise : Strong understanding of SDLC and SRLC for SaaS products.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making : Experience in using analytics tools to drive product strategies.
7. Customer-Facing Skills : Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
