Learn more about us at POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for supporting the merchandising team in all products merchandising administrative activities across the brand channel including prepare sales & stock reports, maintaining item master, purchase orders, and work closely with the allocation team to maintain the flow of stock to warehouse & store, processing of GRN & claims on monthly basis. He/she will assist Merchandising Manager in accountable for key areas of regional planning (OTB, Pricing, Buying, Sales / Stocks Performance), inventory management, purchase cycle, reporting and other activities that relate to the successful implementation of brand strategy. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES Item Master Maintenance & Pricing
- Ensure all product cost is updated correctly.
- Prepare product catalogue & sample based on local region/market requirement.
- Ensure all purchase orders & customer order are generated accurately.
- Preparing Sales, Stocks & KPI reports on weekly basis.
- Preparing for DSR template on monthly basis
- Monitor aging report on monthly basis by stores/region.
- Monitor shipment to ensure all shipment has been fulfilled on timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock adjustment – Stock In, Stock Out & Write Off (Warehouse & Store).
- Liase with stores to monitor shortage, damaged or expired claims submission on monthly basis.
- Monitor and analyse product performance through system generated reports, and to make recommendations on stock movement, reorders, promotion or markdowns whenever necessary.
