LITIGATION LAWYER/ LITIGATION CLERK

Job Description: Litigation Lawyer -to attend to all litigation, general matters and be able to attend court matters. -drafting pleading, cause papers, contracts and file legal documents as such as complaints, answers, submission and pre-trial motions. -represent clients in negotiations to settle disputes without going to trial. -offering legal counsel on all corporate and commercial issues. -advise client on the legal opinions available and potential outcomes. -preparing legal opinion and conducting research on all legal and related matters. -advocate for favorable terms in mediation, arbitration, or informal discussions. -to attend to banking litigation and/or foreclosure work. Debt Collection -advising client on the best legal course of action to recover debt, including whether to pursue litigation or consider alternative dispute resolution methods. -attempting to reach a settlement between the creditor and debtor, often through negotiations or payment plans. -monitoring the progress of debt recovery, documenting payments, settlements, or court options. Litigation Clerk -experience in general and/or banking litigation work -handling foreclosure work is in advantage. -prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients. -to attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm. -candidate with or without experience are both welcome to apply Qualifications and Requirements: -Minimun 3-5 years experience in general/banking litigation and in the related field. -Able to work with minimal supervision, independently, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed and with a good and positive working attitude and able to work under pressure. -added advantage to applicants who can communicate Cantonese or Mandarin
