Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate

We are seeking Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead financial strategies and operations for our growing real estate division. Job Location: Islamabad Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms.
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong background in real estate financing, investment analysis, and market dynamics.
• Experience with REIT schemes or IPOs is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of implementing financial strategies to drive growth.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with the CEO, board members, and investors, delivering clear financial insights for decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Ensure financial statement audits meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead capital allocation, fundraising, and investment decisions to maximize returns.
• Manage investment portfolios, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other investments.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets and ensure sustainability.
• Monitor project costs to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and corporate governance practices.
• Evaluate and enhance internal controls, processes, procedures, and SOPs in line with industry best practices.
• Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
