Job Description: Catalogue Development Manager (Dentistry) Overview: We are seeking a Catalogue Development Manager with a background in dentistry and a strong clinical experience to join our team. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, sourcing relevant products from suppliers, negotiating deals, and managing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise to curate a comprehensive catalogue that meets the diverse requirements of dental professionals. Responsibilities:
- Catalogue Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive catalogue of dental products and supplies.
- Market Analysis: Identify customer needs and market trends through thorough analysis and feedback collection.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Source products from suppliers, build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Negotiation and Deal-making: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
- Product Onboarding: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding of new products, ensuring seamless integration into our catalogue.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with suppliers to uphold product quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product availability.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote catalogue offerings and support customer inquiries related to product specifications and availability.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update the catalogue to incorporate new products and improve existing offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Dentist.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental products, equipment, and industry trends.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven experience in sourcing and negotiating deals with suppliers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
