Job Role: LRDI, Quants, and VARC Faculty Location: Gurugram, India Compensation: 10-12 LPA About the Company: iQuanta is an Edu-Tech startup founded in 2017. We are primarily in management entrance courses preparation and nearly 5000 students buy our courses every year. We have a stronghold in this segment and cover all major management entrance tests (CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, MICAT, and others). Job brief: We are seeking dynamic and passionate Quant, LRDI, and VARC faculty members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in their respective subjects, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to teaching. As part of the iQuanta team, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students, developing high-quality study materials, and contributing to the growth and success of our courses. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preparation strategies tailored to various exams like CUET, NMAT, SNAP, and CLAT.
• Conduct live online classes for students according to the class schedule.
• Facilitate practice sessions and provide individual guidance to students.
• Participate in marketing activities, representing iQuanta as a faculty expert.
• Create and update study materials and practice questions in line with the latest exam patterns and trends.

• 3+ years of experience in teaching Quant, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability for exams like CAT, CUET, NMAT, SNAP, GMAT, CLAT, and others.

• An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• High scores in exams like CAT, GMAT, XAT, NMAT, or equivalent entrance tests.
