The Role: The Salesforce CRM manager is responsible for managing and improving the company's Salesforce, HubSpot and other platforms to support Sales and Marketing operations. Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team of Salesforce and HubSpot specialists to ensure optimal performance and maximum value delivered through these tools.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce and Hubspot apps, fields, page layouts, workflows, processes, and reports to support business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce and associated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to users on Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
- 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience and 3+ years of management experience
- A bachelor’s degree. Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to derive insights.
- Initiative, exceptional communication and management skills, with proven leadership abilities.
- Must be willing to work 9 am-5 pm Eastern Time
- EdTech experience is a plus.
