Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Relations Executive (Consultant) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential and existing customers, driving business growth, and achieving set sales targets. This role involves direct interaction with customers over the phone, managing customer inquiries, and following up on sales leads to close deals. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
- Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls : Handle incoming sales calls, provide product/service information, and resolve inquiries to convert calls into sales. Conduct outbound calls to reach potential customers, introduce products/services, and generate interest.
- Sales Target Achievement : Consistently work towards achieving individual & team sales targets by maximising each interaction with prospective & current customers.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and promotions, and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build positive relationships with customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Reporting : Track sales performance, maintain records of calls and customer interactions, and provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales manager.
- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences & provide insights to the team to help improve products & services
- Experience : 1+ years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.
- Customer-oriented attitude and ability to handle objections and rejections
