Sales & Lettings Negotiator Doran Estates is a fast-growing agency providing property services throughout Dublin, Meath, Kildare, and Louth. Within the past four years, Doran Estates moved office to a busy high-street, launched a new branding and a website, and welcomed new members to our team. We are a reputable Real Estate Agency with a large portfolio of lettings and sales in both the Residential and Commercial Sector. We are now seeking another Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our well-established team and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company. The successful candidate will be based at our office on Kimmage Road Lower, Dublin 6w. Position includes: This exciting role offers a competitive base salary plus commission and a company phone. Ongoing training and support will be provided. You will be given the opportunity to develop and progress your career within an expanding company. Requirements:

1. PSRA license – Licensed in B, C, D
2. Full clean driving license
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
5. Good knowledge of the Dublin, Meath & Kildare Residential/Commercial Property Market and the RTB legislation
6. Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organizational abilities
7. Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business
8. Motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
9. Flexibility to cover appointments outside normal working hours
10. A proactive and customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service
