Recruitment Consultant (Specialist Role) Recruitment Consultants work with client companies in hiring the right talents to meet their business needs and organizational growth. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is highly dynamic, getting in touch with many of the leading business players, and providing them with effective solutions for their human capital. You will be trained to be a specialist consultant, reaching out to the right candidates by developing effective search strategies, networking, headhunting, and through referrals. You will screen candidates, interview them, conduct background checks, and finally create a good fit of candidates for the clients. The Recruitment Consultant’s role is the vital link between candidates and clients; they also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, the recruitment market, career progression, and opportunities. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is demanding and diverse and includes: Developing new business projects with target company industries and job categories; Initiating and executing effective marketing strategies, from conducting market research to identifying new business opportunities, connecting to decision-makers, and signing off service agreements with new clients; Handling recruitment projects that include but are not limited to executing effective recruitment strategies and avenues to achieve staffing requirements of clients; Developing a strong rapport with candidates; Building and maintaining excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients for continued recruitment business; Managing the entire recruitment process without compromising service levels; Providing support in achieving the business objectives and goals of the Company. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business - Sales/Marketing related will be an advantage (or equivalent); Experience in sales/business development roles and evidence of proven track records will be an added advantage; Candidates without relevant experience but possess strong personal attributes can be considered; A strong team player as well as a confident individual who enjoys high work responsibilities and is able to handle multiple priorities and/or recruitment projects independently for clients and work with tight deadlines; Able to interact with all levels of people and possess strong interpersonal skills; Possess a high level of communication skills, with a passion for connecting to people in the work industry; Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and outgoing personality; Possess a strong desire for financial success and career growth.
