Join us in Transforming Lives Together! Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access the national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism. The Human Resources team manages the heart of the organization (i.e., its people), from recruitment and training to employee engagement and relations. The team ensures a skilled and dedicated workforce committed to a common mission. In this role, you will lead the HR Shared Services Team in delivering efficient HR services as well as spearheading operational excellence via policies, processes and systems. As a Senior Manager/Manager, HR Shared Services, your impact and contribution includes: Leading the HR Ops & Services team, coaching and supporting the team in delivering back-end HR services that impact all staff through the employee life-cycle. Continuous process improvements as the team delivers end-to-end HR transactions including payroll and benefits administration, employee data management and dashboard reporting. Strengthening HR processes, reviewing policies and optimizing HR systems and tools for operational effectiveness and efficiency with enhanced user experience. Collaborating with the HR team to address staff queries and issues pertaining to their employment. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address HR service gaps or issues, and implementing appropriate solutions. Ensuring compliance with relevant Employment Regulations and legal requirements. Monitoring HR service performance and metrics, and implementing initiatives to continuously improve service delivery. Minimum Requirements: Min. 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership role within HR Shared Services. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Strong knowledge and interest in HR processes and systems. Experience with HR Info Systems. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and effective communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
