You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Information Systems Coordinator is responsible to assist the Director of Information Systems in ensuring that all computer systems and networks used within the hotel provide as near as possible uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. Job Responsibilities: Administrate and monitor usage patterns of Windows and Hotel applications and identify potential areas for improvement. Maintain cyber security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and acting to mitigate them. Perform end to end checking of technical issues for Windows and Hotel applications. Log and track IT incidents till resolution, including coordination and communication to relevant support parties, root cause analysis, and escalation. Follow up and fulfill IT service requests including coordination and communication of the requests with the respective departments. On-boarding and off-boarding of employees. Qualifications Due to the Singapore government foreign worker work pass quota restriction, we regret that only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Knowledge of Hotel and F&B Systems such as Opera, Infrasys, Birchstreet is an advantage. Some experience with Windows Servers roles, including Directory Services, DNS, and DHCP. Some experience with PowerShell and Batch scripting. Technical knowledge in supporting Windows 10/11 and client-based applications such as MS Office, Email, etc. Basic understanding of network concepts, such as IP addressing, routing, VLANs, DMZ, Firewall, and VPN. Basic understanding of cyber security concepts, such as vulnerability identification and mitigation. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
