Enrolled Nurse

Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessment including fall risk assessment of clients during admission to the Centre Participate in multidisciplinary case discussion with other care team members Conduct education and training sessions for caregivers of the Clients Conduct in service training sessions for staff and volunteers of the Centre Oversee client’s medical and nursing needs and maintains documentation of the client’s progress and outcomes of care provision Requirements: Nitec in Nursing Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board Has experience working with the elderly and/or person with dementia 3 years in clinical care preferred Passionate in serving the elderly and vulnerable Good public relations and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Meticulous and has strong organisational skills Team player with strong interpersonal skill Proficient in languages (English, Chinese / major dialects) is an advantage 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)#J-18808-Ljbffr
