Responsibilities Supporting the project management team and team members in the day-to-day operations of the project. Resource management (i.e. on/off-boarding, leave tracking, account provisioning), handling of administrative processes with client and team members. Minutes taking at client and team meetings, preparation of meeting decks to be sent to the client on time, tracking of deliverables, financial, procurement and inventory/assets management; collating and generating reports. Ensuring the team complies with client data protection, initiating and managing process improvements, maintenance of project site office facilities. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or related. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Able to manage multiple project teams’ requirements. Good communication skills. Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capture key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
