Accounting Manager (Singapore-based)

Our client is a leading multinational strategic advisory firm. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Manager to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, finance, and accounting reporting, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Familiarity with NetSuite and collaboration with shared service centers or outsourced accounting partners is advantageous. Hands-on financial accounting role with SSC collaboration Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently Responsibilities: Responsible for finance/accounting reporting (weekly, monthly, annually), including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL, and taxation Perform various financial/management reports and financial analysis Coordinate with local tax authorities on accounting inquiries, GST, and corporate income tax matters Process bi-weekly supplier payments, including invoice verification and vendor management Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, including SSC, auditors, tax consultants, business teams, bankers, and authorities Assist with implementation and migration to new accounting and finance systems Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in Singapore finance operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance and/or Accounting Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years managing full-cycle accounting independently Prior experience working in multinational companies preferred, with exposure to both SMEs and sizable corporations Familiarity working with outsourced accounting firms or shared service centers is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in advanced Excel; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus Proactive and independent, with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks.
