Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driving lead generation efforts. This is a full-time position requiring someone with experience in 8x8 and a strong ability to manage communications and follow-ups effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Duties:

Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms, utilizing 8x8 for communication management.
Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and move them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on client interactions and lead statuses.
Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and results.

Skills:

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a lead generation role, with specific experience using 8x8, is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and communication tools such as 8x8.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, particularly in a remote working environment.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to take on various tasks as required by the CEO, demonstrating a flexible and adaptive work style.
