Prepare & Import all Master data additions into system in a high quality & efficient manner.
Maintain records for all Additions/ deletions of Items in system Master files.
Receive and distribute all incoming deliveries from warehouse on a timely manner per My Clinic standards, Policies and Procedures.
Checks quantity, quality and condition of goods received from warehouse.
Maintains inventory and proper storage of stock items within the pharmacy.
Review, report all near expiry items efficiently & on a timely manner.
Separate expired items and send it to warehouse for processing.
Issues, distributes, and fulfills all requisitions requests per the procedure thru the system using alternative and FEFO system to the respective end user.
Revise the requisitions received for stock items from end-users whenever needed.
Communicate with end users to ensure that the flow of items adhere to the requisitions.
Request goods on timely manner from Procurement team.
Responsible in notifying end users in the utilization of slow moving and non-moving supplies.
Participate effectively in the daily cycle count activities & periodical stock take run by finance and make system stock adjustment with finance team.
Maintain availability by monitoring the stock level and do timely follow up to avoid out of stocks.
Maintain accuracy level by doing timely cycle count.
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports as assigned.
Maintaining workspace safety & security by adhering to infection-control procedures, policies and regulations.
Must report any incidence that may affect Safety & Security immediately to the pharmacy manager.
Maintains clean/organized working environment.
Checking Fridge/ room temperature and other daily activities as assigned.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

Position requires graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Institute in Saudi Arabia or similar accepted degree.
Must be licensable by the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia.
Must have between 3-5 years of experience.
