Responsibilities include providing technical support, documenting network configurations, conducting assessments, and making improvement recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliable and secure network operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of network infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate network documentation.
- Conduct network assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or information technology or any related field with at least 1 year of experience in the field.
- 1+ years of experience in network engineering.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience in CUCM CUC-2UCCX, VGW Troubleshooting.
- Proficient in TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experienced in troubleshooting CUCM, CUC, 2UCCX, and VGW systems.
- Experience in Routing and Switching NAC.
- Experience in the field of operating wireless networks and their components.
- Experience in the field of design, operation, and wired and wireless networks - Wireless Controller.
- Experience in audio and video systems.
- Knowledge of network security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
