Almabani is seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Supervisor. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent.
OSH Practitioner or Professional Level Certification issued by the Ministry of HRSD, KSA.
NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction or infrastructure industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proven experience in managing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing safety inspections.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead safety initiatives and mentor team members.
Experience in coordinating emergency response plans and first aid procedures.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor HSE Officers and other safety staff to ensure effective implementation of safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular and comprehensive site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines to address identified hazards and risks.
Oversee and manage HSE programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
Coordinate and lead safety briefings for employees at all levels to ensure awareness and adherence to safety practices.
Ensure PTW (Permit to Work) is obtained by the crew in charge, and all requirements listed in the PTW are met.
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Support the development and execution of project HSE plans, ensuring all team members are trained and prepared.
Raise HSE observations using the AlmaHSE App and work closely with construction teams to ensure timely closure of all observations.
Conduct focused HSE inspections across various areas, including project site, stores & warehouses.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety requirements into project.
Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained, and PPE is used correctly on site.
Perform other HSE duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

CANDIDATES NEED TO PROVIDE CVS WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS LIKE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRADE TEST CERTIFICATE.
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE 05 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE RESPECTIVE FIELD.
CANDIDATES SHOULD BE PHYSICALLY FIT & STRONG.
CANDIDATES WITH GCC / KSA PRIOR EXPERIENCE ARE HIGHLY PREFERRED.
CANDIDATES SALARY ABOVE 7000 SAR FOOD ALLOWANCE WILL BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE SALARY.
Age limits up to 21 to 40 Years.
Duty Hours: 09 Hrs. 1 day weekly off (OT If applicable).
