Executive Director - Sales and Leasing (Residential Developments) - (RES)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Executive Director - Sales and Leasing (Residential Developments) to lead our residential sales and leasing strategies. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience as we develop and market our innovative residential communities. As the Executive Director - Sales and Leasing, you will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives. Your strong leadership will help cultivate a high-performing sales team dedicated to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall value proposition of residential offerings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective sales and leasing strategies for residential developments, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluation to drive high levels of engagement and success.
  • Monitor market trends, demographics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee the sales and leasing process, ensuring compliance with established policies and protocols while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and other external partners to expand market reach.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, assess effectiveness, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the sales and leasing team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales and leasing within the residential real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate markets, customer behavior, and sales techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in marketing and branding strategies for residential communities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
