Job Title: Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle HRIS solutions, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of our HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and providing technical support to HR personnel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Oracle HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design, implement, and refine HR processes within the Oracle HRIS system, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to HR users on system functionalities, updates, and best practices.
  • Perform data entry, troubleshooting, and system updates, including user access management, security protocols, and data integrity checks.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other HR-related metrics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
  • Lead system upgrades, patch management, and integrations with other software solutions used within the company.
  • Assist in managing employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy and retention policies.
  • Work closely with IT and HR teams to resolve any system issues, bugs, or process inefficiencies.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless system integration with payroll, benefits, and other HR systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Oracle HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency with Oracle HRMS (Human Resources Management System), Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end users effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices for handling sensitive employee information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Oracle HRMS or Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with HRIS system integrations or working with third-party software solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills or experience with SQL for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
