Overview of the role: The primary responsibility of a Branch Accountant is to offer support specifically tailored to the multi brand 3S Facility, encompassing the showroom, service, and spare parts departments. The Branch Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial activities and transactions related to these three activities are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported. The role will be reporting to Finance Business Partner (FBP). What you will do:

1. Collection & Receipts of cash /credit cards/cheques validate excess/short collection
2. Posting the Bank Transfers against the Bank Finance deals payment (AR)
3. Recognition of Revenue as per IFRS15 standards.
4. Processing refunds within the sub-delegated authority/documentation and facilitate refund process for beyond authority levels
5. Ensuring & submission of Bank deal packs for all finance deals.
6. Timely follow up with the Banks for the payments with the Bank Relationship managers.
7. Reviewing petty cash management & documentation.
8. Ensure timely recording & submission of petty cash documents/summary for reimbursement.
9. Maintain Daily Petty Cash statements for Internal & External Audit reference.
10. Support Finance Controller / Finance Business Partners for submission of AR reports for Inter companies / Fuel Reports / Banks AR reports/Petty Cash Trend Reports.
11. Review on going system process and ensure its applicability to business requirements.
12. Reviewing periodical physical inventory and reconciliation to ensure physical stocks match with the system stocks

Required skills to be successful:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in accountancy or finance.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Team: Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy environment. What equips you for the role:

1. Relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance.
2. 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in KSA
3. Proficiency in Microsoft & computer skills
4. Strong command of both Arabic and English languages
