Job Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for D365 implementations and upgrades.
Test Execution: Execute test cases, document results, and report defects using industry-standard testing tools.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts using RSAT to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure the application meets performance standards and requirements.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support and guide business users during UAT phases, ensuring that all requirements are met.
Defect Management: Track, manage, and prioritize defects through to resolution, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement best practices, including DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year focused on D365 applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools, experience with performance testing tools, strong understanding of D365 functionalities, and familiarity with DevOps practices and RSAT.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and business processes.
