- Ensure inflight systems, sales channels, and reports support business growth.
- Lead pricing-demand activities to optimize revenue strategies.
- Analyze historical and current performance to forecast future trends.
- Develop business cases for projects enhancing revenue and customer experience.
- Oversee inflight OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Partner with marketing to develop brand-centric promotions that optimize sales.
- Seek opportunities to outpace competitors.
- Ensure inflight systems, sales channels, and reports support business growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other related fields.
- Minimum 10 years experience in airline ancillary revenue analysis, strategy, marketing, and systems, preferably within LCCs.
- Proficiency in Navitaire, SkySpeed, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management skills and a P&L mindset.
- Knowledge of menu cost matrices, GLPs, LOPAs, and BFE technical specifications.
- Behavioral: Solution-oriented, excellent communication, and confident in delivering presentations.
