Financial Controller

Financial Controller Job Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of short-term and long-term budgets, treasury functions, and management of internal and external funds to effectively manage financial planning and accounting practices. Control overhead costs and expenses. Establish necessary procedures and systems to maintain accurate records, ensuring adequate accounting and financial control and services. Prepare budgets, review budget proposals and necessary supporting documentation and justification. Review financial data for accuracy and ensure timely submission of internal and external financial and statutory reports. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors. Oversee internal and external audit activities, implementing policies and procedures with a focus on internal controls. All other duties as assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualifications in Accountancy. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards. Strong leadership traits and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
