VP - Data Center Services (DCS) Senior Active Directory Specialist

Active Directory Architecture & Design : Lead the design and architecture of new and existing Active Directory environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security best practices, and industry standards. Develop and document detailed architectural diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans. Analyze existing hybrid identity environments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize performance, security, and manageability. Define and implement standardized Active Directory configurations across region or global. Migration Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of complex Active Directory migrations, including on-premises to hybrid cloud migrations (Microsoft Entra ID). Develop and implement migration strategies, including phased approaches, data migration, and user provisioning. Oversee the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows Server migration-related issues. Cloud Integration: Design and implement hybrid Active Directory environments that integrate on-premises and cloud-based directory services. Leverage cloud-based identity and access management solutions to enhance security and improve operational efficiency. Explore and evaluate new cloud-based technologies and their potential impact on Active Directory. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other IT teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, EUC, Security, Application) to ensure successful implementation of Active Directory solutions.
