Job location: Only overseas countries Roles and Responsibilities: Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of culinary sessions, chef tables, and large-scale food festivals with a focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and onsite operations to ensure seamless events. Brand Activation: Develop and implement brand activation strategies for college campuses and large-scale events, leveraging partnerships with brands like Diageo, Bacardi, Coke, and Burger King. Collaborate with Business and Sponsorship teams to create branded solutions, enhance sponsor relationships, and maximize profitability. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with culinary experts, chefs, and food vendors to elevate event quality and participant engagement. Negotiate contracts and agreements with sponsors and partners to maximize brand coordination and profitability. Consumer Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, digital content, and social media strategies to drive event attendance, brand visibility, and profitability. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client service to sponsors, vendors, and partners, ensuring their objectives are met and relationships are strengthened. Team Leadership: Lead a team responsible for event execution and intellectual property management. Foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
