Recruitment Consultant

You could be HR professionals or experienced consultants with a track record in the full recruitment cycle or industry experts keen to use your experience and expertise to match the right candidates for recruiting companies. Job Responsibilities Prospect new clients through business development, networking, or any other strategies. Understand clients' industry and job requirements. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Prepare the candidate's report and recommendations to clients. Manage key stakeholders and develop and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates. Requirements Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment industry or Business Development. CEI certification would be a plus or must be willing to take the CEI certification. Results and sales driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem solver. Good communication skills and able to relate to all levels of stakeholders. Self-motivated and proactive personality.
