SAP HR Functional Analyst | Contract | MNC

Responsibilities: Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements under SAP HR. Provide production support. Create training material and perform helpdesk cover. Develop, configure and maintain SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and benefits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, design solutions and configure the system. Provide guidance to the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of SAP HR solutions. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in SAP HR functional analysis. Working knowledge of SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management. Experience in personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and benefits modules. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
