Procurement Specialist Job Location : UAE Key Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement of goods and services. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization. • Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage procurement documentation. • Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory levels. Skills : • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. • Proficient in procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. • Solid understanding of market trends, supply chain processes, and cost analysis. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. • 3+ years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management. • Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
