Cashier

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. • Greet customers entering the establishment in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or electronic system.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products or services when needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft and ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service preferred
