ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco. Inheriting DHL's logistics excellence and Saudi Aramco's extensive supply chain ecosystem, we are here to set a new benchmark and redefine the procurement and supply chain landscape, enabling growth. ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region. Objective: The IT Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure within ASMO. Their primary focus is to ensure that IT systems perform efficiently, meet performance targets, and deliver optimal user experience. General Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to collect performance data and metrics; analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  2. Utilize performance monitoring tools and techniques to track system behavior and identify performance degradation.
  3. Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and system administrators to optimize system performance.
  4. Identify and recommend performance tuning strategies, configurations, and optimizations.
  5. Conduct performance tests, load tests, and capacity planning to ensure systems can handle anticipated workloads.
  6. Investigate and diagnose performance issues and incidents reported by users or detected through monitoring, and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and other relevant data to identify the root causes of performance problems.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues, implement fixes, and validate the effectiveness of solutions.
  8. Prepare and deliver performance reports and dashboards to the IT Planning Manager.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  2. 5 years experience in the same field.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  4. Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or any other relevant certification preferred.
