As a Real Estate Agent at Ozone Five Real Estate, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. You will leverage your market knowledge and negotiation skills to provide excellent service and build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property trends, pricing, and neighborhoods.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing collateral and online advertisements.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from property viewings to closing.
- Stay informed about local real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry developments.
