PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Frontline Representation: Be the face of IKONIK, providing accurate patient management.
- Performance Excellence: Meet individual and team targets, generate sales leads, and foster trust through open communication.
- Customer Care: Provide complete and valid information, handle concerns promptly, and maintain strong pre and post-visit relationships.
- Effective Communication: Respond to inquiries via various channels, engage customers, manage center communications, and document interactions while adhering to guidelines.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years of INTENSIVE working experience in the customer service field, with expertise in face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Experienced and has background in retail/FandB industries are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with a CGPA of 3.0 and above is preferred.
- Excels in fast-paced, diverse environments, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Embraces intensive development, pushes boundaries for personal and professional growth.
- Builds strong relationships, sales-driven, and targets-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Malay, possesses exceptional written and spoken skills, with a pleasant demeanor and strong etiquette.
