Location/Division Specific Information Global Hybrid/Manila Global Business Services - APAC Position Overview The IT Business Analyst III will be responsible for evaluating business processes and user requirements related to enterprise-wide enabling technologies, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Lead the design solutions and provide technical solutions as part of IT projects with detailed documentation. Ensure architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. A successful candidate would bring to bear their effective business analysis skills and project management practices, demonstrating collaboration with various divisions and cross-functional teams globally. They will use efficient implementation to exceed customer expectations. What you will do
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Complete configuration changes and verify alignment with business needs.
- Improve customer success rates while establishing performance cadence. Possess a deep understanding of the technical and functional requirements for finance-related applications.
- Drive standardization and harmonization across service businesses to ensure accountability at all levels of the organization through data, process, and metrics.
- Lead successful projects through industry-recognized, unparalleled project management standards.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a technical owner, business analyst, or IT project lead.
- Experience with multiple ERPs (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP), finance systems, and middleware applications. Worked as an integration lead integrating third-party solutions with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Record to Report, customer service, financial reporting processes. Support O2C, R2R, 3rd party integrations (e.g., CFORIA, Blackline).
- Proven excellence in communication (verbal and written), negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technology environments and work with global teams.
- Works remotely or in office depending on location. Domestic and international travel required, 0 - 25% or more as needed.
