Senior Solutions Architect (Smart cities)

Riyadh, SAU We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our client's dynamic team, specialising in Smart Cities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing service, financial, and operational solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of various technologies and platforms, as well as the ability to ensure seamless integration among service blocks and components. As part of your role, you will be responsible for developing optimal service, financial, and operational solutions, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between all service blocks and components. Responsibilities:

Align and optimise operation model across various service blocks, business units, third-party suppliers and customers’ existing service management model.
Ensure alignment and integration between customers and our security policies, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
Obtain solution design validation directly with the technical architecture team, service delivery organizations and business units.
Responsible for service level agreements; overall solution costing; delivery planning; and offer elaboration inclusive of customer-facing activities such as presentations and negotiations as required.
Manage stakeholders and translate technical solutions to clear business impacts.
Drive a team of solution experts during the solution development process.

Required:

Minimum of 10 years of customer-facing experience in the telecom or IT industry.
Proven track record in driving the solution process of large-scale integration opportunities either at infrastructure or at the Enterprise Application Integration level.
Degree in business, science (or other relevant area).
Experience in communicating and reporting to senior management.
Demonstrable commitment to self-development ITIL v3 foundation certification.
TOGAF certification.
DevOps foundation.
Financial background is a plus.
Optional: CMM/CMMI, PMP or PGMP / Prince2 or MSP (or internal PM certifications), Six Sigma.
