Project Supervisor - Civil

Accountabilities :
- Monitors progress of the project to ensure that implementation is according to agreed specifications and timeframes, and more importantly, within the allocated budgets. Reports the situation to the Project Manager in case of deviation.
- Supervises site’s technical activities to ensure high-quality workmanship by contractors and adherence to contract provisions and orders.
- Prepares a monthly report that presents the status of design, material procurement, construction, and weekly updates to ensure that the contractors are adhering to their respective scope of work at all times.
- Performs technical comparisons of RFQ submittals and recommends the most effective and appropriate vendor to carry out the related project.
- On-time completion of projects.
- Project completion in line with AOP / budget forecasts.
- Number of projects completed vs. AOP.
- Requires an advanced level of planning and organizing.
- Needs a special place.
- Deals with documents, machines, and customers.
- PC equipped with AutoCAD and Primavera.
- Engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering/construction.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in civil works and construction projects.
- Good knowledge of production management and operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in computer usage of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
