Interior Designer Architect

Responsibilities:
- Collect measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations needed for design layouts.
- Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on budgets, building locations, and recent trends.
- Create initial design sketches, color themes, and concepts based on client requirements and space availability, and present them.
- Use 3D MAX and CAD software to create preliminary architectural plans and 3D renderings for approval by management and clients.
- Redesign and modify designs based on feedback from management and clients.
- Assist in sourcing products and materials involved in the plans.
- Deliver comprehensive interior design services from design to implementation, including soft furnishing, hard furnishing, and space design.
- Interact with clients and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and efficient client relationship management.
- Supervise on-site/location progress of work.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and construction personnel.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior space and commercial design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid experience in interior design (with a design portfolio).
- Fluency in English or Arabic.
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and all aspects of installation.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture, with a deep understanding of space planning.
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to effectively visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Strong project management and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and delivering projects on time.
- Proficiency in design software such as 3D MAX and CAD.
- Skilled in common office software such as Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
