Job Type: Full Time Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a new Director of Admissions and Marketing. This position requires Nursing Home Admission/Marketing experience. We are looking for a caring and dynamic individual who wants to have a direct, positive impact on the lives of our patients daily. The Admissions & Marketing Director oversees the execution of all admission and marketing activities for Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. This person will facilitate tours of the facility for prospective admissions and be the main communication link between local hospitals, Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and residents' families. Responsibilities include the conceptualization and execution of all marketing programs, contributing to the development and growth of the organization through multifaceted roles. The Admissions & Marketing Director will work closely with management strategies, develop and facilitate marketing communication plans, determine whether marketing objectives are being met, conduct consumer research, and plan advertising and promotional activities. Excellent communication skills and experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and other government agencies are expected. Job Duties Include:
  1. Building and maintaining facility occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan.
  2. Marketing of sales techniques.
  3. Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  4. Application of sales techniques.
  5. Working independently through the building's relationships with outside referral sources.
  6. Managing the admissions process to ensure residents and family satisfaction.
  7. Maintaining a network of referral sources, providing information via marketing materials or presentations as needed.
  8. Developing, managing, and monitoring new marketing campaigns.
  9. Following all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  10. Attending all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
  11. Establishing department goals and ensuring all stated goals are met.

  4. Must have strong organizational skills.
