We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Lead/Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a talented team, oversee daily IT operations, and ensure that our technology solutions are running smoothly and efficiently. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (IT or Computer Science)
CCNA, CISSP, PMP (Preferred, not mandatory)
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT support and/or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong experience in Cybersecurity, IT helpdesk, cloud, infrastructure, and storage areas.
Candidate must have leadership and strategic mindset operation (more of strategy mindset).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance and support.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the team delivers high-quality support and services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues related to software, hardware, networking, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems, including servers, network infrastructure, databases, and cloud solutions.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
