We're looking for dynamic, passionate Commercial Leaders to join our growing team in Riyadh, working under the leadership of our Marketing Manager. With a presence in over 60 international airports and 200 locations, we operate airport lounges, terminal hotels, meet & greet services, and a range of dining concepts. We partner with top-tier airlines, financial institutions, and global companies to deliver exceptional travel experiences. What You'll Do: We are hiring three key roles to drive our commercial efforts forward. Here's what each role will focus on:

  • Develop and manage relationships with Airlines
  • Create strategies for business growth within the airline industry
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and customer engagement initiatives
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with airline clients
  • Build and manage partnerships with financial institutions
  • Lead efforts to drive revenue through FI-related products and services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to FI business opportunities
  • Ensure strong, long-term relationships with financial partners
  • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships across various sectors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage partner satisfaction and ensure strong collaboration for mutual growth
  • Lead partnership negotiations and business development effort
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Experience with hotel sales and/or event planning is a plus.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, compliance-focused, customer-oriented, able to work under pressure.
