Job Overview : Join NQOODLET as a Customer Success Specialist, focusing on building strong customer relationships, driving customer retention, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about fintech and engaging with people. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management :

Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Keep customers informed about products, services, and updates.
Conduct regular business reviews using CRM programs.
Stay informed about competitors and strategize accordingly.

Customer Retention And Growth

Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer retention.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.
Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to address any issues and improve the customer experience.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Activation

Develop and execute onboarding processes to ensure new customers are effectively integrated and using the product.
Educate customers on product features and benefits to maximize usage and satisfaction.
Organize and conduct webinars, training sessions, and workshops for customers.

Qualifications

Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for building relationships.
Enthusiastic about fintech.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of CRM software and customer retention strategies is a plus.
