HR Executive (Construction)

Our client is an esteemed local construction firm that focuses on construction, property development, and investment. They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities. Job Description: Oversee full spectrum of recruitment duties. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates focusing on construction and engineering positions. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract talent. Collaborate closely with department heads, project managers, and HR team to understand hiring needs. Work on enhancing the company’s employer brand. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with legal requirements and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business or relevant field. Min 5 years of recruitment experience, including some construction sector experience. Excellent communication skills.
